These websites (SAGE Author Services, English) and (SAGE Author Services, China) are operated by Cactus Communications Group. Any references to "we," "us," "our," "I" refer to SAGE Publications or Cactus Communications Group. The Services are wholly offered and provided by Cactus Communications and the provision of the Services is regulated by the Service Terms and Conditions.
